Trustworthy and knowledgeable real estate agent. He will take the time to find all the facts and information needed when selling and buying your home. Logan will wait and help you for all the time you need when buying and selling. I had an issue on the final walk through and he advise me on what I needed to get the problem resolved and I was able to get it done the day of the walk through and was able to close the next day.
