I honestly cant believe what amazing luck we had to find Logan through Zillow! When we met Logan, it was the first house we ever viewed and we had no idea what we were doing. We had just gotten cleared to buy THAT DAY. The house was priced competitively and we thought there was no way our offer would be accepted, but we put one in anyways. Logan advised us to apply for a conventional loan instead of an FHA loan to be more competitive and recommended a lender who got us our pre-approval letter at 9PM on a Friday night and who continued to work hard for us throughout the process. He also helped us strategize how much to put down in terms of due diligence. We were up against 8 offers and ours wasnt the highest, nor did we offer the most due diligence. But because we had a conventional loan pre-approval (thanks to Logans advice and lender referral), our offer was accepted! Weve been living in our new home for 4 months now and love it. Logan has even helped us connect with local contractors for jobs weve needed to get done around the house. If were ever buying or selling again, Logan will be our first call. He is amazing at what he does!

Logan scheduled a showing with me that was 50 minutes from my current home. Logan did not show up and did now answer any calls or emails. I don?t know if time is valuable to him but it is to me and I wasted it waiting on him. Not to mention the fuel that I spend to drive there and back home for nothing. I would absolutely not recommend.
