ZillowVERIFIEDMy experience with Logan Abrams as my listing agent was deeply disappointing. While the transaction technically closed, it did so in spite of aEUR" not because of aEUR" his involvement. Throughout the process, Logan consistently avoided accountability, minimized serious concerns (including contractor threats), and failed to communicate clearly during critical points like access arrangements and closing prep. He offered surface-level politeness but did not advocate for me as a client. When given the chance to acknowledge the challenges I faced aEUR" including serious health issues and legal stress aEUR" he responded with a one-line message that ignored everything I raised. I would not recommend Logan to anyone looking for reliable, client-centered real estate representation.

She was up late with us to advocate on our behalf, go over the contract details, and to show us houses at any time. She really cares about her clients and was the best real estate agent to work with!She also connected us with the best lender (Jeff Gilmore) who was so helpful, especially as first time buyers.
