With a strong foundation in referrals from satisfied clients in Lakeville and the Twin Cities, I'm excited to build new relationships and help more families find their perfect home. MN licensed REALTOR(R) with 15+ years serving the Lakeville area, including 13 years at Coldwell Banker's South Regional office. Specializing in residential properties in Lakeville and nearby communities (55044 zip code and surrounding). Lakeville provides lakes, strong schools, parks, trails, and easy Twin Cities access, while Minnesota's housing environment brings ongoing challenges like taxes, utilities, and cost pressures. I help sellers and buyers succeed through preparation, accurate pricing, and clear execution--well-positioned properties perform efficiently in any market. My business is built primarily on referrals from past clients, trusted local networks, and community connections. I'm always open to meeting new clients, building new relationships, and helping those navigating their next move. Coldwell Banker supported. Equal Housing Opportunity.

FAQ
1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
My top advice for buyers in today's market (especially here in Lakeville and the Twin Cities): Start with preparation, not just house hunting. Get pre-approved by a lender early—this shows sellers you're serious and helps you know your true budget, including closing costs (typically 3-6% of the loan) and ongoing expenses like taxes, insurance, and maintenance. In 2026, with rates stabilizing and inventory improving, focus on what you can comfortably afford long-term rather than waiting for "perfect" conditions—prices tend to rise over time. Work with a dedicated buyer's agent who represents your interests (not the seller's). Get a thorough home inspection, even on newer homes, and don't skip contingencies for protection. Explore first-time buyer programs or down payment assistance if eligible—many offer grants or forgivable loans in Minnesota. Finally, shop around for lenders and be flexible on features (e.g., location or size) to find the best fit for your lifestyle. The right home is out there—let's find one that feels like home for years to come!
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
For sellers in Lakeville and surrounding areas: Price it right from day one and prepare to stand out in a more balanced 2026 market. Get a professional market analysis (CMA) from an experienced local agent to set a competitive, realistic price based on recent comps—overpricing can lead to longer days on market and price reductions that hurt perception. With median values around $475K-$560K in Lakeville and homes selling in 40-60 days, accurate pricing drives multiple offers and top dollar. Stage and declutter to make your home shine—buyers want move-in ready. Small updates like fresh paint, curb appeal boosts, or minor repairs often yield big returns. Be flexible with showings and negotiations; motivated sellers who respond quickly close faster. Hire an agent who markets aggressively (professional photos, virtual tours, social media with local hashtags like #LakevilleMN) and negotiates effectively. Trust the process—emotionally detach and focus on data. With the right strategy, many sellers are achieving strong results even as the market shifts toward buyers having more options.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I've had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients in Lakeville and the greater Twin Cities area, from first-time buyers excited to start their homeownership journey, to growing families upgrading to larger homes with great schools and parks nearby, empty-nesters downsizing for easier living, and investors seeking rental properties or flips. Many of my clients come through referrals from past clients—whether relocating within Minnesota, moving for work, or simply wanting a change. I've helped military families with VA loans, young professionals buying condos or townhomes, and retirees finding low-maintenance options. No matter the situation, my goal is always the same: to listen closely, provide honest guidance, and make the process smooth and stress-free.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One recent transaction I'm particularly fond of was helping a young family move from a starter home in the Twin Cities to their dream spot in Lakeville—perfect timing with excellent schools and proximity to parks and lakes. They were referred by past clients, and we started with a clear budget and wish list. We toured several options, found a well-maintained 4-bed home that checked all their boxes, and navigated a competitive offer with strong contingencies and a quick close. The inspection revealed minor issues we addressed smoothly, and they closed on time with no surprises. It went beautifully because of great communication and teamwork—the sellers were flexible, and my clients felt supported every step. Seeing them settle in and start making memories there was so rewarding. Moments like these remind me why I love this work!
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I got started in real estate after several years in customer service and community roles realizing how much I enjoyed helping people with big life decisions. A passion for homes, neighborhoods, and building relationships drew me in—I became licensed in January 2011 and joined Coldwell Banker in 2013 because of their strong support, tools like Prospect Square and Moxi Engage, and focus on client-first service.
Living and raising my family in Lakeville gave me deep local knowledge, and starting with referrals from friends and community connections built my business naturally. It's been incredibly fulfilling to guide people through buying or selling while contributing to our vibrant Twin Cities area.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Yes—beyond my standard real estate license, I've pursued ongoing education to stay ahead and deliver top value.
I'm also trained in using advanced marketing tools and am e-PRO® certified from the National Association of REALTORS®. I have also received my GRI® certification (Graduate, Realtor Institute), which is a designation for real estate professionals who have completed advanced training in various aspects of the real estate industry. This designation is recognized as a mark of excellence and expertise in the field. Regular continuing education keeps me current on Minnesota laws, financing options, and local trends.
This expertise means better guidance on pricing, contracts, inspections, and negotiations—helping clients save time, money, and stress while achieving their goals.

We cannot say enough great things about Liz. She was recommended to us by friends, and we were beyond grateful for this connection. Liz was amazing throughout the process, she is knowledgeable about the market, and truly works with you to find you and your family the perfect home. Liz seemed to go above and beyond for us, was always prompt, and easy to get ahold of. Most of all, she was the best advocate for me and my family. Liz helped us in the quick listing and selling of our property with knowledge in the when to sell and how quick it was going to be. She was quick to response in answering any and all questions we had and even giving us information on things we had not thought of. I feel in negotiations she was able to give great advice but leave it our decision to be made.

We purchased our house in Highland Park through Liz last year. We were living in Duluth so needed to come down to the Cities with fairly packed itineraries to try and close before starting our new jobs. Liz knew a pretty good amount of information regarding the neighborhoods in the Twin Cities, and was exceptional in responsiveness and knowing the process. We definitely lost a few houses we were really eager about in our negotiations, but that could be a function of the cutthroat market of housing in the Metro. All in all, I highly recommend Liz!
