We were remote buyers, and Laurel did a terrific job accommodating our needs to help us find, evaluate, and offer on properties to meet our needs. In the end, we were thrilled with the results. She made several trips to view properties and communities while we were away to give us an assessment based upon criteria she gathered from us. Additionally, she sought additional information for us from members of the community, HOA, and construction trades. She set up interviews and introductions with builders. I'm not sure that we could have secured a property and begun the steps toward building our home without her help.
