We had a blended family who needed a house that would accommodate nine people on a very small budget. We worked with an investor who helped make their dreams come true.

Real estate is in my blood. My grandfather was in the sawmill business and bought land with timber on it. He cut the timber and paid for the land. As I was close to retiring as vice president of alumni and parent relations at Harding University, I activated my license in 2018. My husband Charlie got his license, and our business started growing. I became a principal broker in 2021, and we founded Howell Realty Pros in 2023. In 2024, some of the land that I inherited from grandparents and mother was recognized as a Arkansas Century Farm by Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders at the Arkansas State Capital. We have the original homestead document signed by President Grover Cleveland in 1909.

Liz is connected from her careers at White County Medical Center (Unity Health), Harding University and her spirit of volunteerism for Women for Harding, the city of Searcy and garden clubs. She is a people person who genuinely loves helping others and goes the extra mile.
