Be sure you talk with a Realtor that you feel comfortable with. Someone who you can communicate with, has your best interests in mind and will go above and beyond for you from start to finish. You may not know what to ask when interviewing Realtors so I will give you a few tips
1) Ask about the local market, what is the avg. price & list to sell ratio
2) What is their marketing plan ?
3) What will it look like step by step working for you
4) What company tools do they have to help with the sale of your home
5) How will they help you get your house ready to go on the market, staging? cleaning ? professional photos ? Digital marketing ? Etc
6) How will they come up with a asking price ?
7) How will they handle objectives that will come up.
8) What communication plan do they have set up so you are involved every step of the way.

I started in Real Estate in 2014. I got into real estate because I wanted to be able to be in control on my future and help others in a way where I could make a difference.
