Stefan Petrashek

Hello! I'm Stefan Petrashek, Partner and Team Leader of The Petrashek Group at RE/MAX Results in Apple Valley. We have proudly served clients in the Minneapolis Metro area for a combined 40+ years. We focus on listening to you and understanding your needs, both in obtaining and maintaining your beloved property.

I was born and raised into a family of Realtors and knew from a young age that I had the family gene to be one myself. I've lived all my life in the Minneapolis metro area, moving from Savage to Apple Valley at the age of 12. After attending Apple Valley High School, I went on the study Business at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Staying close to home allowed me to learn about Business both by attending University classes as well as by working on hundreds of real estate transactions.

I enjoy every facet of the real estate world, from house-hunting, number crunching, negotiating, calculating investment opportunity, Do-it-Yourself projects (or knowing when to and which professionals to call) and, most of all, the connections I make with each and every person I am fortunate enough to work with. Over the years I have garnered experience, local-area knowledge and drive through every transaction I've taken part in. I bring all this forward with me to provide distinctive professional real estate services for my clients.

This industry has taught me many valuable lessons in life. One that I hold near and dear is that when they say, "there's no place like Home", they are often referring to the people we are with and not only the physical location we are in. We aim to embody this as we help guide you through your journey toward property ownership.
