The teamwork and processes provided by Fred and Esther at Stepanian Group Realtors should be considered the model for all other realtors. While all three realtors appeared capable, adequately motivated, and knowledgeable, the Stepanian team attended with compassion, counseled with authority, and demonstrated superb knowledge of the area/neighborhood and highly dynamic market. From beginning to close, their team concept, where everyone has individual expertise, made this seemingly overwhelming process flow as clockwork. After losing my princess, remaining in our family home became too emotional, so after meeting with and interviewing three realtors servicing the Tustin/Irvine area, Fred and Esther accepted the challenge. The Stepanian team worked as consummate professionals, identifying issues, providing solutions, planning, and staging for sale, performing an open house, evaluating and recommending offers, and negotiating for the overall best value. The Stepanian Team is top notch in every aspect of a real estate transaction! I had been trying to sell my parent's condo for months with no success, not even 1 offer. Once I hired the Stepanian team, I had immediate RESULTS- 3 offers! This team understands the local market, pricing, negotiation and the escrow process. They literally held my hand and talked me through every step. Once I hired the Stepanian Team, my months of anxiety ended. They have wonderful resources to get the property ready for sale too.
