Lisha was a pleasure to work with. She ran all over town in the snow to do virtual walk throughs of every house we were interested in. We were purchasing a second home up in Big Bear but we are located in San Diego and she was helpful along every step of the process. We found the perfect house and are so thankful for all the effort Lisha put in for us! Even after we closed Lisha continued to check in and make sure we have everything we need. She also provided local contacts so we could get everything up and running immediately.

I was referred to Lisha by a family friend and I could not be any happier with her service. She asked about my interests, areas I would be interested in seeing, type of home, possible use of home, and cost range. She reviewed the available properties and sent me a link to review the information and photographs for a number of possible properties allowing for me to also see the different neighborhoods. I don't have the easiest schedule to work with when trying to view properties, but she was able to help me view properties at odd times. It was clear that Lisha was working for me and my best interest. Once it was time to work through escrow, she was very compassionate and professional in handling all of my concerns. When we decided to buy a vacation cabin in Big Bear Lake, Lisha was our amazing real estate agent. Lisha has deep knowledge of the Big Bear area as she was raised there and is raising her own family there. She was able to orient us to the various neighborhoods and town favorites. She was also very informative and helpful in orienting us to the many considerations when buying a rental home that we intended to rent out to others. She is also very friendly, responsive, and great to work with. Highly recommend!
