Lise Tremblay goes above and beyond and works to make sure things happen the way they need to. It's a little things like reminding you to talk to the neighbors or check out the paperwork at Town Hall that can uncover problems or things that could help you. When she was selling with my houses she helped me stage it in a way that ended up bringing in an extra 15% over what I thought the house was worth based on another realtor. That knowledge is invaluable to someone. She has so much knowledge of the industry and she has so much knowledge of how to make sure she protects her clients I felt safe with her.
