"I'm writing this recommendation in regards to Lise Tremblay. My wife and I utilized Lise's services recently as a buyer's agent for our current home and as a seller's agent for our former home. We researched dozens of agents, and Lise rose to the top of that list rather quickly. From our research into her experience, credentials, and interviews it was clear she was knowledgeable, a full time professional, and well-connected real estate businessperson. As our buyer's agent, Lise took the time to get to know us and what we wanted. She was judicious about what she brought to our attention and on house tours she had a very discerning eye for details. Lise knew about and noticed so many things that we wouldn't have on our own. Lise worked closely with us on strategy and crafting the offer letters. When our offer was accepted, she expertly handled all aspects of the negotiations and closing for us, which saved a lot of time and really smoothed out the experience for everyone. As our seller's agent, Lise's experience was absolutely invaluable. She told us how prospective buyers would view our house, what we needed to do to best position it in the market, and advised us on what needed to be fixed and updated. For things we couldn't do on our own she tapped into her deep network to find us some very good, reasonably priced contractors. She helped us stage the house properly, and brought in a very good photographer. Lise expertly worked the offers, and helped us navigate a complex association issue. We came in right at our desired price point, and the closing was smooth. At all times we found Lise to be ethical, professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, effective, very hard-working, and well-connected in her industry. Lise was an expert and zealous advocate working for us in both transactions. As busy professionals ourselves in different industries, we knew there was a lot we didn't know and wanted an experienced professional to help us. She absolutely earned her commissions and this recommendation letter, which by the way was at my insistence because when somebody does a good job they should be rewarded. Lise Tremblay goes above and beyond and works to make sure things happen the way they need to. It's a little things like reminding you to talk to the neighbors or check out the paperwork at Town Hall that can uncover problems or things that could help you. When she was selling with my houses she helped me stage it in a way that ended up bringing in an extra 15% over what I thought the house was worth based on another realtor. That knowledge is invaluable to someone. She has so much knowledge of the industry and she has so much knowledge of how to make sure she protects her clients I felt safe with her. She cares so much about her clients and making sure they get the best deal. It's like having a best friend going through this process!
