Lisa Woodbury has been a full time realtor since 2003. She has seen the market at its highest point and lowest point in recent history. Due to her comprehensive knowledge and experience in the real estate industry she has learned how to protect her clients and their real estate investment. Lisa works hard and puts a lot of care into her clients individual circumstances. She is very keen in creating a marketing strategy that will get her clients the end results they're looking for. She does this by combining the latest technology with proven social marketing strategies that have helped her list and sell successfully. She also works closely with the latest search engine algorithms to ensure her buyers find the right property in the right location. Lisa has become an associate broker within her brokerage firm, Windermere. Her sales rank in the top .5% of Realtors in Salt Lake County and she has been featured in the Wall Street Journal in 2009-2010. In 2016 the Lori and Lisa Sell team was awarded the prestigious Medium Sales Team of the Year award by The Salt Lake Board Of Realtors. Lisa is a life long resident of Salt Lake City, something that makes her an expert in all the areas and neighborhoods in the valley. She received her BS in Human Resource Management from Westminster College and is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Salt Lake City.
