ZillowVERIFIEDI recently listed two houses with Lisa. These houses were part of a family estate. It was a complicated situation and Lise was PRICELESS! I live several hours away and depended on communication via email or by phone. Lisa was extremely responsive and diligently communicated with me throughout the entire process. ZillowVERIFIEDI was a first time home time home buyer and decided to work with Lisa. During the beginning stages lisa was very helpful and very responsive. After I went under contract to purchase a home, that's when everything changed. If I had a question I had to wait at least three days for a response. As closing approached, I hadn't heard from her in over a week. And when I had confirmation from my loan agent that I was all set to close, I could not reach lisa. Two days after the original closing she finally called me back. I would not recommend her to a friend or family. As soon as she knew she would be receiving a commission from my purchase she became very difficult to work with.

ZillowVERIFIEDLisa kept me updated almost daily. ( phone, text, and emails) HIGH RECOMENDED!!!! The house sold in less than 2 months (more like a month) at the full asking price in 2012. That other agents would not take at the price I was asking to list at. At the closing the buyer did not read the contract to what he was agreeing to, after the sales of the house, we negotiated a fair deal between the buy and seller within 30 minutes of the closing. (purchase of oil remaining in the tank).
