Upon the death of our patriarch in February 2024, an eighty-four year legacy will close also. As all things on this earth, end dates will be made apparent and known. It was our time and turn now. Tidwell Realty was chosen to help with our real estate needs due to observing one of their sale signs one block above our Homestead. The family agreed if Tidwell was showing this location, if we went with Tidwell, then they would have competing locations that should improve our opportunity for swift sale. We called and scheduled a meeting with Lisa. Our meeting was concise, specific to our needs, thoroughly reviewed, and discussed openly. But most important, our meeting was genuine and honest. In doing so, it was the Tidwell professionalism, integrity, and empathy, which confirmed unanimously, our family sign on with them. The Tidwell Team developed the plan, and then worked the staging, listing, and communication plan. The property was listed on a Wednesday, and shown through Saturday. We confirmed a sale agreement on the following Monday, four days after listing. With the swift sale, new complications were in front of us. The Tidwell Team stood for us and negotiated a fair contract that would allow sale and a one month cushion to transition a cleanout and clean up of our Homestead. The Tidwell Team always put us, the customer first before moving on any actionable items, while always maintaining integrity.
