About Lisa Studzinski
As a Richmond-based realtor with a librarian's heart, I see every home search as an opportunity to connect people with the stories of their lives. A year ago I traded bookshelves for blueprints and haven't looked back. I grew up exploring the neighborhoods of Richmond and the wider Central Kentucky area - from Madison County's historic districts to the rolling horse farms of surrounding counties - and I love sharing the quirks and hidden gems of each community. My background as a librarian taught me how to research deeply, organize information, and educate others. Those skills translate directly into real estate: whether you're a first-time buyer wanting to understand market trends or a seller looking to maximize value, I'm here to share data in a clear, friendly way. I believe a good realtor is part educator, part advocate, and part friend. That means I'll pull comparable sales reports, explain every step of the process, and make sure you understand your options. Real estate transactions can feel stressful, so I make it a point to keep things light. Clients often tell me that our meetings feel like catching up with a longtime friend--because that's exactly how I approach them. We'll laugh together, celebrate wins, and I'll be there to answer your 2 a.m. questions with a smile. Whether you're upsizing, downsizing, or just curious about what your home is worth, I'd love to connect. Let's grab coffee and talk about your goals--and maybe exchange a book recommendation or two.

I'll walk you through the process and will be available to help or answer questions long after you've closed on your home!
Trust the process. Your agent has all the tools to successfully list and market your home. As above, don't be afraid to ask all the questions! Your agent should always be willing to answer any questions you have or quell any fears. Want more advice or information? Give me a call@
I have mainly worked with buyers, however, I am fully prepared to work with buyers, sellers, first time buyers, investors, veterans... you name it!
I worked with an absolutely lovely couple who were moving to Richmond. They found their dream home at an open house I was hosting with my principal broker and decided they wanted to make an offer. We were able to get the deal done and make everyone happy! I recently saw one of them and am happy to report they are loving life on their new home!
I was seeking a career change and real estate had always been at the back of my mind, so I reached out to my realtor and discussed what that career change might look like. Not only did she give me advice, but she also took me on as an agent!
Our brokerage is all about education, so we are constantly learning and growing! As for me personally, my English and library science degrees have given me the tools to not only research and find information, I will fond the CORRECT information!
