I started working with Lisa two years ago. I am in NJ and was looking to buy a home in the South. In the last couple of years I had journeyed to South Carolina, Georgia and Florida looking for a place that felt like home. One of the places I journeyed to was Amelia Island. I liked the aura of this place, its quaintness and the welcoming spirit of the people. In March of 2023 I decided to live in Amelia Island for a couple of months and joined the YMCA and the bike club in order to meet the folks in this community. While I was experiencing the people and the beauty of Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach, I started working with Lisa on buying potential real estate. Needless to say, I finally settled on purchasing new home construction at Amelia Walk ? a few miles from Amelia Island. I am retired and have worked in an executive position while employed in the corporate world. I have managed many people. I have to say that as a professional and a human, Lisa?s knowledge, behavior and empathy is beyond exemplary. She is authentic and always shows up for her customers. Because she is focused intensely in every way with meeting the needs of her customers, she will always exceed in what she does. And new construction is a stressful experience and Lisa and I learned a lot which I will never forget. Lisa was supportive and helpful the whole way. Her support did not end after closing as she has continued to help me in many ways with my home as I am still in New Jersey. I will never forget this gift of kindness and her welcoming to the state of Florida. Lisa ? And because of your generosity you will always succeed in what you do.

We really enjoyed working with Lisa when purchasing our new home. Lisa worked hard to try to understand our preferences in order to help us find the perfect home. When visiting houses Lisa gave us space to view the home and then asked what we thought- rather than telling us what she thought. We appreciated this style, as I think she was trying to learn our preferences and not influence them. She did point out any particular issues she found. Negotiations went smoothly despite finding a few items that needed to be addressed with the seller. Lisa was on top of the process, checking in with us and searching for answers to our questions.
