Lisa Smith must have been destined to live in Santa Fe.

One night, her husband suggested they sell their house in Dallas and move to New Mexico, she said, "That's a great idea." Six weeks later, their home had sold to the first buyer to see it and they had purchased a home in Santa Fe.
