In October 2024 we had a complex objective for a real estate company. We were two families moving from New York to Tennessee. We had to move in summer 2025. The goal was to find two homes with very different specifications and requirements in close proximity to one another, preferably in the same neighborhood. We knew that we needed to find a top-notch team with extensive relocation experience to meet this challenge. Our experience with the Sold By Sinclair team started out exceptionally well and stayed that way from day one until the final closing dates on both homes. They were responsive to all of requests to investigate all options from buying land and building, to buying existing homes, to building new homes in a new development. They worked with us to develop and refine our criteria for each home and then helped us to prioritize them. They sent us many listings to review to help us to identify the possibilities. Then we worked together to prioritize the listings. When we came down to Tennessee to review existing homes in November, they created an itinerary for us and scheduled all of the home visits. They also provided a listing of key areas to visit including parks, schools, and shopping areas to help us catch the Knoxville aEURoevibeaEUR?. They spent several days with us viewing each home and evaluating them against our criteria. We were discouraged because we didnt find exactly what we were looking for. At the end of the week, they tried a new concept and took us to a new development to scope it out. It was just what we wanted and we decided that we would build our homes on the same street in Hardin Valley. We signed the contracts the next week. While most real estate agents would have said that their job was done, it wasnt that way with the Sold by Sinclair team. In fact, their work had just begun. They worked with us every step of the way, helping us to resolve every issue that arose and to provide just the advice that we needed in every aspect of our relocation. They helped us find insurance agents and doctors and other professionals. They provided us listings of things to do in Knoxville and the surrounding areas for families with children. They answered endless questions about how things were done in Knoxville. They sent us information on how to get cars registered and insured, how to close on a new home, and all of the other issues that you encounter in a long-distance relocation. When we needed someone to help with the pre-closing walkthrough, they stepped up and offered to help us out. They conducted the walkthrough for us so that we wouldnt have to travel the 900 miles for it. Not only did they conduct the preliminary walkthrough for us, they conducted the final walkthrough as well. They never left our side until the day we closed on our new homes. In our opinion, you could not find a more capable, dedicated, and professional team. On a scale of 1 to 5, without a doubt, Sold with Sinclair is a 10. Alright, lets crank out a review for Seth thats equal parts heartfelt and hilarious, Seth: The Real Estate Warrior of TN! Listen up, house hunters, because I'm about to drop a review hotter than a Tennessee summer! I flew from Vegas to chase my farmhouse dream in Central TN, but the weather gods had other plans. Flights canceled, stuck in Nashville, and my carefully laid plans were messier than a pig pen after a rainstorm. Enter Seth, the superhero realtor who didnt just save the day, he *owned* it. This man drove from Knoxville to Nashville like it was a quick trip to the corner store, scooped me up, and had 16 properties lined up for a 2.5-day house-hunting marathon. Were talking 900 miles of Tennessee backroads, folks, Seths car probably deserves its own medal! Despite the chaos, he was cooler than a mint julep on a porch swing, cracking jokes and keeping the vibe high. Heres the kicker: we found my DREAM farmhouse on DAY ONE. Yup, the perfect slice of rustic heaven, complete with charm and a porch begging for a rocking chair. But Seth? Oh, he didnt stop there. He drove me to all 16 properties anyway, just to make sure I was 1000% sold. Thats dedication, people, Olympic-level commitment to my happiness. Seths not just a realtor; hes a logistical wizard and a guy wholl go the literal extra mile (or 900). If youre hunting for a home in TN, dont walk, RUN to Seth. If you're looking for a pro realtor, whether you are in the area or moving form out state like we did you MUST use these Seth and Lisa! We decided to move to Knoxville from NJ and Seth and Lisa were absolutely the BEST part of the process. We found Seth while looking at a property online for which he was the listing agent. He was very honest and detailed and so we chose to work with him to find our new home. Since we were in NJ and unable to make it out there to tour, he toured several homes we were interested in with my brother in law and his wife (whom we are moving to be closer to). He facetimed with us to give us tours and discuss points of interest or concern after they took a tour themselves. Seth AND Lisa were amazing, they understood our wants and needs and TRULY went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the home. They gave us tons of insight into the area at each home they toured, little things like there's a bit of traffic here regularly, or there's a train right nearby if that noise would bother you, and sometimes just "I don't think this works for you" and their honesty was truly appreciated. Having worked with a realtor to buy our first home, while they were great, most realtors try to put a positive spin on ANYTHING, like "oh this hole in the floor can become a centerpiece", lol, but Seth was very honest about things he thought were weird. When we finally chose a home he helped us negotiate a great deal, and after inspection helped negotiate on some of our items of concern. He also connected us with a recommended Mortgage company to help us with a Bridge Loan, and they were also professional. He even took video of the house with commentary after inspection so we could really get a feel for the place, since we did not get to see it in person till closing. I cannot say enough great things about Seth and Lisa, they really made us comfortable throughout the whole process. They are kind, friendly, communicative, and most importantly professional. It made the experience SO much better. Even AFTER the purchase sharing vendor recommendations, and nice little card and housewarming gift blew us away. Thanks again guys for helping us find our new home!
