Lisa was extremely helpful to find the right house that I could purchase as a house for my granddaughter and her husband to live in. They looked at many houses and choose the one that fit into their budget and their lifestyle. (I was proud of them to not overspend) This was not an easy process as I live 4 hours away so Lisa took videos of the houses as she walked thru both the outside and the inside allowing me to ask questions along the way. MY grandkids were present at each house. We requested Lisa to give us a name of the best inspector and we were very pleased with the one she chose as he did an excellent job. He was very detailed and due to his expert review we were able to get a reduction in the price to cover some issues that needed to be fixed. When it came time to close the transfer company sent a notary to my house so we could close remotely. The process was seamless. If I ever decide to retire in Erie I will be using Lisa to find the perfect house. Lisa was on top of each step of the process making everything happen like clockwork. I give her an A+
