Lisa and her team were stellar. I was the out-of-state executor for a Florida estate, and I would have been completely lost without her knowledge of the local market and her list of service contacts. She took charge of getting the necessary prep work done (cleaning, painting, carpeting) and saved me a ton of headaches. And she and her team worked like crazy with repeat open houses and out-of-the-box strategies to sell a condo in a really tough market. I can't recommend Lisa highly enough.

I cant say enough good things about Lisa, Jon and their team! They have helped me purchase and sell a home. While selling, I was out of state and hit by a natural disaster. I was completely out of touch, without internet or even cell service. This team not only negotiated the sell of the home but went way beyond to completed things that should have been my responsibility.
