Lisa Sahlie

Lisa comes to Lanier Property Group with years of experience working for attorneys in both corporate and residential real estate. She is a born North Carolinian who has lived in Wilmington since 1993. Lisa has bought, renovated, rented and sold a number of homes (3 of them with the Laniers!). An organizer at heart and familiar with the many aspects of closing sales, Lisa began with Lanier Property Group as their transaction coordinator. Now Lisa uses her wealth of real estate experience, her love of attention to detail, her patience and her negotiating skills to help her clients with their real estate needs. Lisa has a daughter and a son, both students at Cape Fear Community College. She loves eating the fantastic meals her kids prepare, sharing good times with friends, gardening, reading, traveling to the mountains and petting the family cat, Prissy Purr. Founded in 2012, Lanier Property Group is a boutique real estate firm in Wilmington North Carolina, specializing in New Hanover County buying and selling transactions. The company's mission is to provide the best customer service in real estate while utilizing state of the art technology and custom marketing for their clients. Their team has grown since its formation to include 10 real estate agents and additional staff in administration, marketing and home styling.
