About Lisa Sabelhaus

Hello! I'm Lisa Sabelhaus, co-owner of REMAX Town Center and proud leader of the Sabelhaus Team, where we combine deep local expertise with a whole lot of heart. Alongside my husband Joe, we've built a team of passionate, full-time professionals who live and breathe our core values: Excellence, Integrity, Professionalism, and Fun. We proudly serve the incredible communities of Clarksburg, Germantown, Gaithersburg, Damascus, Boyds, and the greater DMV area, delivering expert real estate guidance and an unforgettable client experience every step of the way. A little about me: I'm originally from Hatboro, PA, and moved to the DMV to attend The American University in Washington, DC on a full academic and athletic scholarship. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems. In 2005, I jumped into real estate and never looked back. Today, Joe and I co-own REMAX Town Center with locations in Germantown and Clarksburg. I'm a proud wife, mom and Gigi that loves fitness and golf. Both Joe and I are the youngest of large families and we love the communities where we live and serve. We believe selling and buying real estate should feel exciting, not overwhelming. It was our second time working with the Sabelhaus Team on a house sale. Lisa and Joe are an amazing power couple, and their whole team makes the process incredibly seamless. From start to finish, Lisa and her team made our home selling experience a breeze. Their knowledge of the market, responsiveness, and dedication to our needs were truly outstanding. Morgan was fantastic! She was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to get us everything we needed. Being first time homebuyers, we had a lot to learn about all the aspects of real estate and buying a house, and Morgan gave us all the information we needed and answered all of our many questions. The time frame between us deciding to start looking for a house and putting an offer in on our dream house was extremely short, and Morgan handled it perfectly! She gave us a great crash course into home-buying, was quick to respond to both us and the listing agent. She made an arduous process very simple and stress-free, and it was such a joy to work with her! Shes incredible at what she does and we cant recommend her enough!
