When i say lisa pruitt is the best realtor in the world... i really mean it! From the moment we ever expressed interest in selling/buying so was so entirely kind and PRESSURE FREE in her approach to help us. Our journey at times was chaotic, and certainly not ideal- global pandemic aside. She is thoughtful, quick, kind, assertive in the best way and all around so so knowledgable. What I often appreciated most, was that she would not give an answer she didn t really know - and would simply say let me find out about that. Johnny on the spot in every way helping to connect us and speak on our behalf as an advocate to all of the middleman involved in the process, and often times those people were not so easy to deal with. We are just so thankful to Lisa. 5 month long journey come to a close (for now) but we feel like we have a new family member! Highly HIGHLY recommend.

I purchased new construction, and she negotiated a discount on the sale price on my behalf (I did not even know new home builders would ever offer a discount). It was a literally a Godsend to stumble upon such a winsome, gentle real estate agent during my house-hunting trip from Maryland. Lisa blew me away with her speedy responses to my unending questions - even while she was on vacation!!! She represented me at TWO inspections when it would have been costly for me to make the trip(s). And she made a third trip to the property of her own volition to ensure repairs were complete. Given the distance, I also had to rely on Lisas judgment/advice on critical decisions such as finding a lender, inspector and title company. Each time she hit it out of the park. Lisa carefully guided me during the negotiation process without a hint of pushiness. I am still thanking God for Lisa. Shes not just a great real estate agent but a great person. I couldnt recommend her more highly and I would DEFINITELY use her again.
