Lisa had previously helped us sell a rental and we came back to her for our home sale. Lisa was great helping us sell our home. She also helped us secure our new home when we decided to move. She knows the market in the area where our home was located because she also lives in the community and has sold several homes nearby. Lisa was always quick to respond to questions and made sure we were in the loop on all communications with the title company and lender. She advised us on many issues but gave us the freedom to set our price, choose our own surveyor, and negotiate how we felt necessary on several matters. We got an offer on our home quickly and closed in about a month from the offer on our home. We are also working with Lisa to sell additional land that we own. I would definitely recommend Lisa Prater if you want honesty and efficiency in the sale (or purchase) of your property.
