She walked through our home and gave us recommendations for needed improvements to get the best price. It was a slow process for us to get the house ready, but we followed her advice, and when we put house on the market, we had the house sold in three days and for a better price than what Lisa estimated! Lisa was patient and available to offer advice every step of the way. An added bonus was when we were ready to start looking for our new home (out of state) she put us in contact with a great agent there!
