Lisa is a fantastic realtor and a genuinely kind person to work with. We feel lucky to have found her on our home buying journey. Lisa understands the Tri-Lakes market intimately and was very responsive to requests for showingw. She often sent us listings of houses she thought might be a good fit instead of us being the only ones looking. She made both of us feel heard and listened to the things that were important to each of us. We never felt pressured to make any quick decisions even though housing inventory is limited. Always showing up with a smile, Lisa exudes a friendliness and warmth that can't be undervalued in such a competitive and often stressful housing market. Lisa is spectacular to work with. She had been sending me listings for 4 years, but we were really just enjoying looking at them online. A few months ago we asked Lisa to take us around during her holiday break and she quickly organized a few showing at the last minute. Lisa worked with us through many viewings, got to know what we were looking for and ultimately helped us find the perfect home that we could not be happier with. As our realtor, Lisa went above and beyond, making sure remnants from the previous owner were disposed of, negotiating replacement utilities after the refrigerator unexpectedly broke, and even went to take some measurements for us so we could order a new fridge and have it delivered for closing. 10 stars.
