I'm a first time home buyer who was completely clueless as to how the whole process even worked. Being a single mother I had a rather small and very tight budget to work with. Lisa kept me updated with all the new listings in my price range which were far and few in between but we checked them all out just in case it might turn out to be my diamond in a rough. After what seemed like an eternity (about 4-5 months) I finally found the right place she helped guide me as to what I should offer and the stipulations that go with it. We had to do some counter offers like most do but she was right there to make sure I was happy with the end result. Lisa worked so hard to help make this purchase happen and I'm truly grateful for everything she did and making this process seem like a breeze!
