Suzanne Boyd was our realtor for the sale of our home in Willow Street, Pennsylvania. She hired a photographer whose pictures of our home were so amazing that I believe it was key in getting so much traffic to our home on our first open house weekend (in fact, we got two offers right away). Suzanne knew the market and was confident on listing the home for a price that was a little higher than I felt was appropriate for the market, but she was absolutely right; the home fetched $13k more than the listing price that Suzanne suggested. She regularly kept me informed of every update, and her advice was invaluable. In short, Suzanne went above and beyond all I could have expected from a realtor, and I couldn't recommend her more highly.
