Lisa Middleton and Kim Dabrowski have been working as a Realtor team for nearly 14 years, focusing on Somerset and Hunterdon counties. We are full-time, professionals who are multi-million dollar top producers, with our business growing each year. In the last five years we have listed and sold well over 200 properties, with our listings selling at an average of 99% of list price and averaging less than 30 days on the market.

The use of home staging and professional photography are key components of our business philosophy, which is to obtain maximum results for our sellers - however they define that. We are premiere agents on Zillow and Realtor.com and we use that status to feature our listings. Additionally our listings are promoted on our own website and our social media sites. A new marketing tool we are using is Zillow 3D Tour. It allows potential buyers of our listings to do a self guided tour of your home right on their own device, prior to scheduling an in-person visit.We also use print and on-line advertising, as well as direct mail to targeted buyers. All of this serves to provide maximum exposure of our listings, via a variety of platforms.

We have several professional designations and both of us have Masters degrees in business disciplines. We are recognized by the NJ Association of Realtors for Circle of Excellence achievement and are Five Star Zillow Agents.
