She works for herself, and she is very knowledgeable about the towns in central MA. She's super responsive via email, phone, text, or whatever is your preference. She's practical and to the point. She got a good feel for what we were looking for and was able to give us very helpful advice (we were first time home buyers and didn't always know what we were looking at!). She walked us through the ins and outs of every step of the process when we decided to make an offer on what is now our new home. She also knew how to play hardball with the banks and other brokers/agents when necessary. Overall our experience was positive, almost effortless, and we were comfortable with the process thanks to her help. We highly recommend her.
