Lisa helped my wife and I purchase a vacation/lake house and made the whole process super simple. She was on-time to our showing and accompanied us through our inspection. She knew the house would be off of the market by the weekend we were really appreciative of her genuine urgency (not the "act quick" gimmick just for the sake of a sale) in regards to scheduling the showing next day and submitting an offer. We also appreciated a few of her nuances in writing up the offer that most likely contributed to an accepted offer. She kept us up to date via phone and email the entire way, even if it was a simple "this is in process and we're waiting for such and such still".We will enjoy our new house for years to come but if there's ever a time we're in the market to purchase another house in the area, she'll be our first call!
