As first time home buyers and relative newcomers to Asheville, we got paired with Lisa through Zillow, and it turned out to be the best luck of our experience. She has an extensive local network and has seen all sorts of weird situations in the house buying process, and always has a plan for dealing with them (she's great at calming you down, too). She's knowledgeable and professional and we trusted her instantly from the moment we met. Her expertise and intuition are considerable, and she helped educate us about the home-buying process along the way. She took time to get to know what was important to us and what we liked. Once we made an offer and got our inspection back, Lisa was all about negotiation and got us some much needed buyer credits. In addition, when our underwriter demanded that repairs be made less than a week before closing, Lisa was responsible for getting the repairs done, house inspected without changing our closing date. In so many ways, we wouldn't have our house without her!

Jackson took excellent, professional looking photos that made my home stand out and the interior look spacious and beautiful. He brought mulch in and connected me with others from his team, to fill in the road for easier access and scheduled repairs needed. I honestly didn't have to worry about a thing. There was always communication when showing the home and he even came personally to deliver the deposit to me from the buyer. He really went out of his way to make the whole process for me easy and smooth. He & Lisa really care about their clients and it shows! They schedule the work for you, so it is less that you have to think about. I'm grateful for their help! :)
