I have known Lisa for a few years now and she is not only a fantastic agent but for sure one of the greatest humans I know. I would not recommend Lisa as another seller had stated. We were buyers, and shes licensed to sell in both RI and MA but we had to correct the offer because she was using her own paperwork that said aEURoeonly valid in RIaEUR?. She was good with showing homes, but once you find one, she seems to just drop off, and by that I mean, she usually just tells you what you want to hear over and over. She missed a huge crack in the ceiling during final walk through. She offered to have her brother look at it after the close, but as a realtor who looks at the home the day of the close, she should have been looking more closely. It wasnt hard to miss. I had told her prior to signing the P&S that I wasnt sure about the heat as a new boiler was installed. The heat was actually coming on every 15 mins when we moved in because it was set to 212 on the low side of the boiler - water was scalding. The most important piece is we are awaiting a part that the p&s states the seller has to install. He supposedly had this part prior to close weeks ago. When my husband kept asking her the story changed from the seller having a contractor come out, to he will send the part and we have to install ourselves. Which was not part of the rider A. Anytime you ask her why the seller has not even sent the part - she states its because he forgot. she forgets dates. She does. Its like we had to reach out and make sure things were being done. Definitely would not recommend as a buyers agent.
