When my husband and I were getting ready to put our home on the market, we wanted to work with someone who knew our neighborhood. This was our first experience with selling and had many questions. I had seen Lisa's name on signage in my neighborhood and from what I could tell she seemed to have a good track record of selling homes quickly, which I know has something to do with the market but I also believe the marketing of a home is extremely important.
