I did not know Lisa, and was connected to her via Zillow. From the very beginning, she was responsive and able to advise me on the purchase of a 55+ condo where time was of the essence since the bidding was competitive. I'm not from the area and knew little about it, so she provided me will all the information and guidance I needed. She was able to recommend other excellent professionals for help with the process: solid lawyer, excellent building inspector, etc. She could tell I didn't know the ropes, and gave me information for contacting the local utilities. And she followed up after the purchase asking if we needed anything. We will definitely recommend her and turn to her in the future.
