Lisa Diserens worked very hard to find the right price for our rental house to sell. She got us a great deal for the property. She knows her stuff on what's needed to be done before the sale. Jessica was no-pressure, always available, very knowledgeable about locations, prices, market conditions, etc. and if she didnt know the answer to a question, she went to someone who did and came back with the answer. The biggest service she did for us is when our bid was rejected on a home and she recommended we hang in there as the second bid, in case the first fell through. It did and we live there now. Would never have thought of doing that if Jessica hadnt suggested it.

Jessica did an outstanding job and gave us her honest opinion on every house we looked at and didnt sugar coat anything. when it came to us wanting to kill the contract due to the previous lender we were having trouble with, she didnt give up on us knowing our situation and helped us find a lender and they helped out tremendously even when it was last minute. If I were to buy another house or knew someone who was I would definitely recommend her
