Sandy is VERY personable, reliable, respectful, and always available to chat via phone call/text. Another reason I am super grateful for Sandy is she never made me feel stressed during the entire process, and that is rare for me as I am always frazzled during the process of finding a new rental property. She has been there for me literally every step of the way and is punctual to every tour that I wanted to go to. After finding my dream apartment, she took time out of her day to set a Zoom call with me (upon my request) so that I could share my screen and have her explain any part of it that confused me or I needed clarification on since I am not too knowledgable with some of the verbiage that was included in my lease - and my lease document was 60+ pages long.... that is A LOT of pages to go through. I have never had a realtor do that for me & I feel SO blessed that she did. Without her expertise, I would not have been able to fully understand my lease agreement as quickly as I did. Sandy, I hope you know HOW much I genuinely appreciate all that you have done for me. To be able to help me find my dream apartment with everything that I was looking for and that's within my budget in such a short period of time (1.5 months to be exact) is something I would have not been able to achieve on my own no matter how much time and effort I would have put in.
