We were not wrong in our assessment. Lisa's read on the market, her strategy for valuating our listing and projected actual selling price was right on the money and she sold our house in 3 days. Lisa checked-in with us regularly, answered our questions promptly, did her research on the area enough to be able to answer questions posed by prospective buyers at an open house. She actually was able to sell our house sight unseen to out of state buyers. Some of this was due to the current market but it also reflected her ability to hire and guide a professional photographer in telling the story of the property and also explain the property and area well enough that buyers felt comfortable in purchasing without even personally viewing the home.
