Most realtors do not want to deal with you if your house is not on the market, let alone write an offer. Not only was mine not on the market, but it was clear across the country. I told her I could sell it, and she believed in me. My house did sell very quickly and Lisa was able to schedule my closing in Heber Springs quickly for a seamless transition. She was extremely responsive through the whole process. Not only is she a great realtor, but she is a good and kind person. After the closing I ordered a couple things on Amazon for the new house while I was across the country trying to get things packed up, figuring I would be back in Heber Springs in a few days. Then I got extremely sick for two weeks and couldn?t travel. I knew no one in Heber Springs except Lisa. I called her and she did not hesitate to go pick up my packages at the door and save them for me until I could get back. She is just that type of person. I strongly recommend her as a realtor. She is very knowledgeable about the area, very responsive, when you have questions or issues, and makes the whole process go smoothly. Thank you Lisa!
