As first-time home buyers, the whole process of searching for and purchasing a home within our budget in Chicago seemed a bit daunting. Lisa was recommended to us by a friend at the start of our condo search process, and working with her as our real estate agent was the best decision we could have made. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable about the market in Chicago. She immediately asked all of the right questions to get a sense of what we were looking for. We were impressed within 5 minutes of meeting her. Lisa is very perceptive and she really took the time to understand our tastes and priorities. The listings she sent us during our search were spot-on. She manages to perfectly strike that often difficult balance of being kind, friendly, and delightful while also being a master negotiator who helps her clients strategize and push for what is fair. Shes not shy about sharing her opinion if she notices something off and we never once felt like she was rushing us through the process.
