Where do I even begin? Lisa was brought to us by fate through a corporate relocation. From the moment she stepped into the door, her personality, enthusiasm and passion for her career in real estate bubbled out of her. She had prepared a one of a kind, and significantly advanced marketing strategy for our home - using social media to hopefully find us a buyer even before we listed. We had tried to sell our home two years prior and we couldnt give it away. Lisa has a phenomenal photographer. She and him spent nearly all day photographing our home and creating a marketing video. The results blew me away. Our home was listed on a Wednesday night. Thursday morning we had two showings. Thursday night we had an offer for full price. She was patient and understanding with me as I struggled to get through the process. She was nothing but helpful, kind and reassuring. I have no doubt that Lisa and her exceptional talent as a realtor helped sell our home so quickly. I could not have dreamt of a better realtor. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. If you arent using Lisa, you are making a huge mistake!

Lisa was just an outstanding realtor. When I found out that I needed to move from Orlando which we have called home for the past 3 years up to North Florida I was initially very concerned with how in the world I would get my home sold to be able to move my family. If you are looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and down to earth you have to contact Lisa Bertossa. She was exactly what we needed when we were buying our first house. There are so many ways that she excelled but I want to mention few things that really stood out: First, she knows the area. She knew where to find what we were looking for and was quickly able to narrow down our search. She could absolutely be an amazing realtor anywhere but her knowledge about Osceola county was invaluable to us. Second, her caring attitude. She took time to sit down with us and really understand what we wanted and why. She understood this could be a stressful time, and she was always quick to respond anytime we needed her and was always encouraging. During a process that can seem very overwhelming she was an anchor that kept us from feeling swept away. Thirdly, she not only cared enough to listen to us and our over abundance of questions, but she had the answers. We were buying our first house and knew absolutely nothing about the process or what we should expect, but she walked us through it step by step. Lastly, our mortgage broker kept telling us how amazing she was. Whenever the broker or the underwriters needed something, no matter the day or time she would have it to them within hours. She was absolutely the most wonderful person to work with and I know we wouldn't have our home if it weren't for her.
