I bring many years of business and real estate experience to my clients. I am a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker who ran my own Real Estate Business and I am currently working as an Associate Real Estate Broker at Coldwell Banker Residential. I have associates that I work with so I can offer a Team approach as well. We continue to train and educate ourselves in all aspects of the real estate market. Education is a big part about working with people who need a Professional Agent. We work with First Time Home Home Buyers, Sellers who are Downsizing, from a family home to an independent home, condo or assisted living. One of my passions is working with Seniors. My Team and I consult with Seniors and their families to make sure there is a plan in place prior to putting the house on the market for sale. We offer many resources to assist Seniors and their families through the transition. I have experience with my own Senior parents and worked in an assisted living community helping to transition from a family home lived in for many years to a different lifestyle. I also enjoy helping Empty Netters & Boomers downsize to a smaller home or condo. As a CBR- Certified Buyer l represent a buyer during a purchase. Sellers are represented when an agent lists their home for sale, buyers should be represented as well! As an RSSP- Real Estate Short Sale Professional I can offer experience in the current short sale & foreclosure markets. I have developed affiliations with financial institutions, senior communities and various organizations on Long Island resulting in referrals from these relationships, have working with builders representing their new home sales, individual sellers and buyers helping them to find the best fit for their lifestyle. I had a strong business background, her corporate staffing industry background combined with her years of ownership and operation experience and expertise, is brought to the real estate industry. As a result of having a corporate background, I have strong ethics as well as a broad knowledge of sales & marketing..
