As a licensed real estate agent since 2018, Lingyu Liu enjoys extending the benefits of the American Dream to each new person she meets, firmly believing that real estate is an important wealth-generating tool accessible to all, from those who grew up in this community to immigrants like herself who came here looking for greater opportunities. Lingyu's own home-buying experience inspired her to become an agent, hoping to provide clear guidance, authentic care, and professionalism to others that she had wished for at the time. Serving her community with fluency in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Teochew, she's built a reputation for her accessibility and clear communication that pairs well with her expertise.

Born in China, Lingyu spent her early teens learning English at a boarding school, eventually moving to the United States in 2003. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Rochester and her Master's Degree in Global Business from Graziadio Business School at Pepperdine University, giving her a firm understanding of savvy investment practices that she uses to help her clients make effective, educated decisions that promote confidence. These days, she and her family call Arcadia home.
