I contacted Ms. Sgambati-Cox to get information on a particular property and look into others in the area. She texted once and didn't respond for three days. When * informed her I would be going with a different realtor she refused to take no for an answer a continued to ask questions. Further more she said and I quote, "Are you looking to buy or are you just browsing?" While I am not a relater and this will be my first house, I don't think giving sas to a potential client is the wisest decisin a professional can make. Also, if Ms.Sgambati-Cox is spread so thin she can't respond untill three days later I think she is spreading her resources a little thin. My current realtor responded within minutes, has asked insightful questions, and has shown with her actions that she cares just as much as me in find my first home. As for her local knowledge I gave five stars since I do not know her capability regarding the matter.
