We love Lindy! She will go the extra mile (and WhatsApp it) for you, and do it with a smile and her fantastic sense of humor. When we were given military orders to Fort Stewart, we decided to look into buying a home. I was referred to Lindy by a friend. We had a couple houses picked out, but we were still out-of-town. This is where Lindy and WhatsApp really rocked: she took us on live tours of the houses, and gave us genuine opinions about each location (the house itself, as well as the neighborhood and whatnot). Any questions we had, she would hop to it and get us answers. When we found the home for us, she jumped through all the hoops for us, and made sure we were all set for our closing and move. She even helped us figure out which hotels were good ones when we got to town the night before closing. :)Even after closing, she has been there for us. She has truly taken great care of us.Lindy went above and beyond, and then some!, for us, and she will do the same for you. She is tremendous, and I recommend her for any of your real estate needs. :) Thank you, Lindy!

Recently my wife and I were in the market to find our forever home. We reached out to our financial institution (USAA) and were pre aEUR"approved. Unbeknownst to us USAA operated a real estate rewards program. This program assists homebuyers by providing a complete team to facilitate your purchase. We were provided with local realtors to select from and interview to ensure a good fit, after all this is the individual that will be spearheading one of the most important purchases of our lives. In addition to the realtor, USAA also assigned a real estate coordinator to serve as a quasi-supervisor to ensure the home buying experience is enjoyable. Thanks to this program we met two of the most amazing people. Charles Tayla served as our coordinator and Lindy Blanchard our realtor. Charles is employed by USAA and performed admirably. He would regularly contact me to ensure things were going fine as well as provide me with a statues updates. A few of my friends tell me that home buying is stressful, with Charles on my team that rumor has been thoroughly debunked. I cannot say thank you enough to USAA and Charles for ensuring a stress free environment. I would whole-heartily endorse USAA real estate rewards program and proudly recommend them to future home buyers. My other team member or should I say family member Lindy from Coldwell banker was the true superstar for this team. From our initial meeting within seconds I knew she would be our selling and purchasing agent. My wife and I enjoyed her positive energy from the beginning. She sat with us and really, really listened to our must have list. The list was lengthy and I admit some items were lofty, but she continued to listen. Afterwards she provided input that was insightful and realistic. At this moment I knew Lindy would be the one to help us find our new home. During the upcoming weekend we made arrangements to view homes from a certain home builder. I insisted Lindy accompany us because we wanted someone who knew the industry and would have our best interest at heart. The builder escorted us to the model homes we were interested in, here is where Lindys experience served us well. She thought of questions that I only wish I would have asked. For example, does your community offer events, have a social media page, what amenities does your community offer? The homebuilder representative struggled to answer these questions, which is not understandable considering these questions were on our must have list. My wife and I were so engrossed looking at homes, we admittedly were bedazzled by the new shiny surface that it slipped our mind to ask these questions. Amazingly Lindy kept her eye on the ball and promptly reminded us. Lets just say that we departed feeling underwhelmed. Lindy was able to line up a few models based off our must have list. I must admit our confidence in her abilities were well placed. She found the exact home we described to her. My wife and I could have not been more excited. Our previous home was posted on the Coldwell banker site and we had 2 offers within four days. She confidently told me that our previous home would be sold prior to the purchasing of our new home and she was right. She was right about everything and thats difficult for me to say being a born skeptic. This is one of those times I was glad to be proven wrong. Lindy was a true asset and indispensable throughout this process. There was not time she would not answer here phone to reassure me things are progressing well. Without her steadfastness, guidance, assistance and kinship I honestly believe this process could of easily ran awry. The Wright family will forever keep Lindy in our thoughts and prayers.
