About Lindsey Talafuse

A Colorado native, Lindsey has been in the Colorado Real Estate business since 2009. Lindsey is a graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor's in Business Management. Lindsey was destined to be in the Real Estate business as her mother Linda has been in real estate for over 35 years, and Lindsey and both of her brothers have followed in those footsteps. She got her start working at RE/MAX as an assistant to two high producing agents, learning the ins and outs of Real Estate world. She then pursued her Real Estate License and started AD Miller Real Estate with her brothers, Adam & Drew. Lindsey has partnered with local banks and Credit unions to assist them with their Short Sales & foreclosures. Lindsey is a pro at marketing your home to get the right price & sell it quickly! She enjoys working with first-time home buyers, and educating them in the home buying process; she frequently is asked to speak at First time Home Buying Seminars. Lindsey enjoys riding and showing horses, golfing, and hiking. She is an active member of the community volunteering with The Denver Junior League and Ronald McDonald House. Lindsey is amazing to work with. They really listened to what we were looking for and found us the perfect house much quicker than we were expecting. My wife and I worked with Kelly Bane. Kelly and my wife spent many days (weeks) looking at potential homes. When our rental lease ran out and we hadn't found a home to buy Kelly found us another rental and even worked out the lease agreement. I don't know what we would have done without Kelly's personal interest in our situation.

My husband and I are new to Colorado and first time home buyers and Lindsey made the process so easy. She is truly interested in finding a house that her clients will love and not just selling a house to make a commission. She was very attentive to what we were looking for in a house and was helpful in drawing our attention to features of the house that we may have initially missed, but would have made us unhappy in our new house. She also included things in our offer which would never have occurred to us. For example, she asked for a home warranty for our house because it was an older property. There are not words to recommend her highly enough!

We are first time homeowners and moved across the country to Colorado and couldn't have asked for a smoother home purchase process! Lindsey is an excellent realtor and really helped to guide us along as this was our first time purchasing a home.
