About Lindsey Flynn

As the co-founder of The House to Home Group at Century 21 Signature Realty, I've been helping clients navigate the real estate process in the Tri-County area since 2013. I'm honored to serve as a Board Director and President Elect for the Saginaw Board of REALTORS, where I also chair the Grievance committee, contribute to the finance committee, and have been involved in many other committees throughout my career. My commitment to excellence extends beyond real estate, as I'm also very passionate about giving back to the community through various nonprofit organizations.

Community Involvement

I believe in the importance of community support, both financially and through volunteering. My favorite organizations to support are the Underground Railroad and the St. Charles Community School's annual Beautification project. This year, I organized a new fundraiser event for the school and plan to continue supporting it in the years to come. Other community involvements include East Side Soup Kitchen, Foster Families Navigation and Resource Center, Child and Family Services of Saginaw, One Week One Street, and many others!

HOBBIES/INTEREST

When I'm not negotiating deals or helping clients find their perfect home, you can usually find me outdoors with my husband and our two dogs. We love hiking, exploring, and kayaking whenever we get the chance. At home, you can usually find me cooking, grilling, or tending to my garden.

FAMILY

As a newlywed, I'm excited to be building a life with my husband and laying the foundation for our future family. Together, we're creating a home full of love and shared dreams for the future.

Hi! Yes, closets are included in the square footage of your home! I work in Michigan and basements are not typically considered in the square footage (known as below grade square footage VS above grade square footage), garages, decks, porches, and attics are not considered either.
