My husband passed away several years ago and I was ready for a change. Lindsey was instrumental in helping me navigate the buying and selling process, I was never alone. Her stagers did a wonderful job staging my home with me in it, her attention to detail is top notch. My house closed in less than a week $25k over asking. Finding a new single story home in a specific neighborhood took some time, when I found the home Lindseys expertise in the market stopped me from submitting an offer that was too high, I really wanted the house! She assured me we were going in with a great cash offer, and we closed lightening fast. In closing I would like to say Lindsey clicked with me because while she got the job done she was always down to earth, easy to talk to and always listening and reassuring.
