I would highly recommend working with Lindsey. She is super positive and assertive. I am so glad to have had her in my corner. She made every effort to keep me motivated and positive through a stressful process. She took time to listen and hear my property goals and sort out highest priorities. She was always responsive to requests for showings, even on short notice. She communicates clearly and with transparency. Finally when we went under contract, she really shined! She is truly the little engine that could. She kept pushing the process forward regardless of obstacles. She assisted coordination with my lender, insurance, etc. to ensure we hit important milestones on time. In the end, I found a home that exceeded my property goals and was under budget.

Lindsey and her her associates were very professional and assisted from beginning to end with this property purchase. What made closing even more challenging was that I was also closing on another property simultaneously and she even assisted in keeping the lines of communication open with that transaction as well. By the way, I closed on both properties the week of Hurricane Laura! I certainly would recommend Lindsey to both friends and family members because she is a "do whatever it takes" to get the job done, professional and once she understands your wants and needs in a property and it's surroundings, she is relentless until she hears you say, "this is the one, let's make an offer!". Again, I can't express enough heartfelt appreciation to Lindsey and her associates for giving me 110%.

Great/easy to work with! Lindsey is always available day, night, weekends, you name it! She's prompt in returning messages, her constant communication set the bar, well versed in the area/market, and has a fantastic network for anything and everything you need when buying a home. Being first time home buyers we had hundreds of questions and Lindsey took the time to address each one and we always felt we were her only client with the amount of time and detail she spent with us. Highly recommend Lindsey as she made our first time home buying experience an easy and gratifying one even through a global pandemic!
