More importantly, buyers are being influenced by AI driven search platforms, recommendation engines, and digital algorithms. If your home isn’t positioned correctly across those channels, you’re invisible to a large portion of the market. That’s why exposure is everything. We focus on creating maximum visibility through a three point marketing strategy: print, social, and online. That means professional photography, cinematic videography, drone imagery, and immersive 360 Matterport style tours. Buyers form opinions before they ever step inside. Your home needs to stop the scroll. From there, we layer in digital marketing across high traffic platforms, social media campaigns, and targeted online exposure. We also maintain paid partnerships with Zillow, Homes.com, and Realtor.com to amplify reach where buyers are actively searching. And yes, print still plays a role. The right print strategy builds local awareness and reinforces digital presence. Marketing alone isn’t enough. Communication has to be exceptional. Real estate moves fast, and delays cost sellers leverage. Having two of us means someone is always available, always responsive, and always protecting your interests. We also heavily leverage open houses. With the recent industry changes, open houses have become one of the most powerful visibility tools available, generating buyer traffic, agent exposure, and momentum that online marketing alone cannot replicate. Selling successfully is no longer passive. It’s a combination of strategy, technology, presentation, negotiation, and relentless exposure. That’s where results come from.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients and price points throughout my career. My experience spans first time buyers, growing families, downsizers, investors, luxury buyers and sellers, and relocation clients, including military families through my MRP designation. I have sold homes ranging from approximately $125,000 to $3.8 million, which has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of how different segments of the market behave, negotiate, and make decisions. No matter the price point, my approach remains the same. Every client receives the same level of strategy, communication, marketing, and advocacy. Because whether someone is buying their first home or selling a luxury waterfront property, the stakes are always personal.

One recent transaction that stands out was a home we listed in Valrico in February 2026. From the moment the property hit the market, the response was incredibly strong. Within the first 48 hours, we generated 14 private showings. That early activity created immediate momentum, which is exactly what every seller hopes to see. As a result of the exposure strategy, the home attracted significant buyer interest and we received 8 offers. After carefully evaluating terms, financing strength, and overall risk factors, we helped our sellers select the offer that positioned them most favorably. The property went under contract in just 8 days. What made this transaction especially rewarding was watching the strategy unfold exactly as planned. Proper pricing, strong presentation, and maximum exposure created competition. Competition created leverage. Leverage created options. And options are what ultimately give sellers control.

I’ve been licensed in real estate since June 2022, but my path into the industry really started long before that. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, I spent seven years working in property management in California. That experience gave me a strong foundation in contracts, negotiations, tenant relations, and the day to day realities of real estate from an operational perspective. Real estate was also always part of my world growing up. My family owned multiple properties that were leased to others, so conversations about homes, investments, and property ownership were simply part of everyday life. A piece of history I especially love sharing is that my family owns the Tilden-Laine House. The Tilden-Laine House is a historic Italianate–Victorian residence located in the Alviso waterfront district of San Jose, California. Built in the late 19th century, it remains one of the best preserved reminders of Alviso’s boom period as a thriving port town on San Francisco Bay. While my real estate license may say 2022, my connection to this industry runs much deeper. It has always been something I genuinely enjoyed, naturally understood, and ultimately chose to turn into a career.

Yes, I do, and it’s something that truly shapes how I serve my clients. I hold an MRP (Military Relocation Professional) designation, which allows me to better guide military members and their families through the unique challenges that often come with relocation, timelines, and transitions. I also serve as a Mentor within my brokerage, working closely with newer agents as they navigate their first transactions. This role keeps me deeply immersed in contracts, problem solving, negotiation scenarios, and evolving market dynamics, all of which directly benefit my clients. And a fun piece of my background that clients always love… before real estate, I was a teacher. I hold a degree in Early Childhood Education, and honestly, teachers make fantastic REALTORS®. Patience, communication, organization, adaptability, and the ability to explain complex things in a way that actually makes sense are skills that translate seamlessly into real estate. Helping people feel informed, confident, and supported has always been at the core of what I do. Real estate simply became the next chapter of that passion.
